LT. “IKE” FREEMAN

Detective Lt. Isaac M. Freeman wore his LPD badge with pride for twenty-six years and when he retired in 1954, he was presented a replica of his badge. During his career he served in the Uniform and Traffic Divisions and the Detective Bureau. His collection of newspaper articles contributed to the information gathered for the 1930s-40s.
